Alex de Minaur wins 6th ATP Tour title in Atlanta

eniQ ambassador Alex de Minaur won his 6th ATP Tour singles title at the Atlanta Open in Southern Georgia (USA), with a straight sets victory over Californian Jenson Brooksby in Monday morning's (Australian time) final.

de Minaur, Australia's top-ranked player and the tournament #3 seed, made it through to the final after 3 wins in 3 days, including tough quarter final & semi final wins, where he prevailed after losing the first set.

The final was a straightforward 6-3 6-3 win on the back of de Minaur's trademark defence, superior court movement & physical condition in the 32 degree heat. de Minaur was particularly strong in the big moments, converting all 4 break points on Brooksby's serve and saving 4 out of 5 break points on his own serve.

This is de Minaur's 6th ATP title and his 2nd Atlanta Open (2019 Champion).  Five (5) of his 6 wins have come on hard courts.

This is a great start to Alex's US hard court season which moves now to Washington, Montreal, Cincinnati, culminating at the US Open in New York beginning on 29th August.

Alex's Atlanta win takes him to a ranking of world #21.

eniQ products have played an important role in Alex's hydration & recovery in the Atlanta heat this week.

Alex has been using the eniQ electrolyte to stay hydrated on court and the eniQ electrolyte whey protein isolate to rehydrate and recover between matches.

Lemon Lime & Blackcurrant are his favourite flavours.
